Everything we do starts with you — your goals, your needs, your body. We build a fitness program tailored to you and then coach you through it. Use us as for your entire fitness regime or as a supplement to your other efforts. Things you can expect in your work with us: a focus on functional strength you can use in real life (no bro’s here, bruh), nutrition guidance and accountability (Brantley averages 3000 calories of twizzlers a week), muscle endurance and cardio combos (runners got nothin on us), mobility and stability work (don’t break!), skills development (impress your friends), and fitness efforts that never feel routine!

We offer two basic services. You can schedule our services online or if you don’t see options that work for you — or if you have an idea that is better for you — just reach out:

Use our Individual Training option to get exactly what you need: $50/session

Use our Team Training option to share the journey and the costs (2 people max): $70/session

We also offer both services as a 12-session package so you can make yourself accountable to the journey. If you are interested in a package we can set it up at your first appointment or just reach out by phone or email. Buying a package via Venmo is our favorite!
